How can I purchase a program?
In order to purchase a program please add the product you wish to purchase in the shopping cart and click proceed to checkout. At the checkout page fill out the required information and continue to payment. You will be redirected to Stripe's secured payment portal to finish payment.
How can I change my password?
Changing your password depends on how you registered to the ACMA Marketplace. If you registered via a Google account you will have to change your password via Google. If you registered your account via ACMA Marketplace's email and password method you can click 'forgot password' on the log in screen and follow the instructions to resetting your password.
I did not recieve an email when changing my password.
If you did not receive an email when changing your password, you can try again after a few minutes. Please check your spam and promotions folders. If you still aren't receiving a forgot password email please contact us via info@acmainfo.org
Payment Questions
Is the ACMA Marketplace payment portal secured?
Yes, the ACMA Marketplace uses Stripe's secured payment gateway. All payment handling is done by Stripe giving you an easy and secured experience.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
When applying to either of ACMA's programs, your credit card, check, or paypal account will be debited the entire amount for the program. If you are not accepted into the program, you will be refunded the entire amount minus the application fee for $49 which is non-refundable. Once you have gained access to the learning management system (LMS) there are no refunds or cancellations allowed except under rare circumstances which need to be received in writing within 30 days from the date of the first communication to the ACMA that you wish to cancel your admission into the course/program. All individual users (outside of company deployments) are provided with 6 months of access to our e-learning platform.
How can I view my order history?
In order to view your orders history please visit your profile page. Information regarding your previous orders will be displayed there.
How long after payment will I have access to my program?
Upon a successful payment you will have access to your program right away. An email with instructions will be delieved to the email you specified at checkout.
